Rising Star Library
The Rising Star Library is a warm and welcoming place fostering in students a love for reading. The library encourages students to read for purpose and for pleasure. The librarian teaches lessons about reading strategies and research and technology skills related to Common Core State Standards.
The library also functions as a second computer lab. Students use these computers for research and writing as well as practicing typing skills. The Rising Star Library welcomes families to support their students in 21st century learning.
